Module Overview

It can often be a challenge to recruit enough people to meet the needs of our teams. In this module, we'll consider the essentials of how to identify, select, and deploy people to help fulfil the purposes of our teams (in their part to build up God's church).

Core Components in this Module

1. Prework: a) What do you find most challenging about recruiting team members? (b) What roles do you currently need to fill in your team? (c) Are there roles which are particularly hard to recruit for?
2. Workshop: The workshop focuses on: (a) Overview to Recruitment; (b) Blockers to Recruitment; and (c) The Pipeline for Recruitment.
3. Homework: (a) Individual: What one thing do you think you could do to improve your recruitment for the role in mind?
   (b) Team: How do you think your team could improve generally in recruiting sufficient (and the right-fit) people?
