Module Overview

  2. Workshop: The workshop focuses on: (a) Getting Orientated; (b) Fundamentals of Communication; (c) Dynamics of Communication.
  3. Homework: (a) Individual: What one thing could you do to improve the effectiveness of your communication?; (b) Team: How could you help grow the effectiveness of communication within your team?

  2. Leading From Your Strengths (LFYS): If you have completed Leading From Your Strengths, what are your 'communication do's and don'ts'. If you haven't completed LFYS, please let me know and we can arrange it for you. a team that you currently lead.
