  2. Workshop: The workshop focuses on: (a) Understanding Emotional Intelligence; (b) The World of Emotions; (c) Growing in Emotional Intelligence.
  3. Homework: (a) Individual: What are the main ways that you would like to grow in emotional intelligence? Is there anyone else you could get feedback from regarding your emotional intelligence? (b) Team: Are there any ways that you could be more open with your emotions with your team? How could you help grow your team in emotional intelligence?
