Module 06: Creating Purpose & Focus
As teams seek to be fruitful, leaders are often confronted by the challenge of time (i.e., along with other limited resources), meaning (i.e., ensuring that members of the team can identify and feel like they're contributing to something of value), and direction (i.e., being able to choose which way to go, make decisions, and choose what not to do). Creating purpose and focus—especially with clarity and challenge—is critical in addressing these challenges and fruitfully contributing towards mission. In this module, we consider a framework to discern, communicate, and measure purpose.
