Identifying, selecting, and training future leaders is the responsibility of every leader.   1. Prework: (a): Question: Who do you think in your team has leadership potential? (b) Preparation (show and tell): Bring a printed list of your team members if possible.
  2. Workshop: The workshop focuses on: (a) What is Apprenticing; and (b) Identifying Apprentices.
  3. Homework: (a) Individual: Complete Steps 4 and 5 with further prayer and reflection; then Write the names of those who could be apprentice leaders.
    (b) Team: Take the potential names above (your re-worked shortlist) to your key team members for discussion. Then take those names to your leader.
