Genesis is not only the beginning of the Bible, but provides a foundation for our understanding of who God is, God’s plan for the world, and our part in his story. As we focus on the story of Abraham in this eight-part series, we not only witness God’s unrelenting faithfulness (in spite of human failure!), but also that he is faithfully working out his purposes—even through us—by his grace. We’re invited to grow our trust in the one who is faithful and renew our zeal to take part in his purposes for the world through his Son.
