Prayer Points for Bishop Daniel, Specialist for Ethnic Congregations

Pray for the ongoing turmoil that is happening in South Sudan. Pray for the provision of food and basic essentials to the increased number of mass refugees that are coming into South Sudan’s capital Juba.

Pray for peace during recent mass killings in Juba of innocent people from the town of Mangala (a displaced refugee camp). Pray for God’s presence to be with the people of South Sudan.

‍Pray for the election happening in South Sudan and that the peace initiatives between the people of South Sudan and the government of South Sudan can help bring relief to the turmoil they are experiencing.

Pray for the Duk Orphans that are currently studying in Uganda. Pray that they are successful in their endeavours, and that they can gain financial support so that it is possible for them to continue their studies and be supported after as well.

Pray for God’s guidance and wisdom for Bishop Daniel as he ministers to the ethnic congregations in our Diocese; for good health and protection especially as he travels through the region, for discernment as he works through complex issues.

Pray for Bishop Daniel and his wife Rachel and their children; for protection and guidance.
