Prayer Points for Anglican Overseas Aid

Please continue to pray for an end to hostilities in the Middle East, allowing the hospital supported by AOA to re-open and provide life-saving care. That the hospital director will find a way to retain medical staff and be ready to recommence surgery.

Pray for the AOA-supported project in Mozambique, delivering wisdom, knowledge and strength to communities impacted by disease and malnutrition.

May the soap-making project in Afar, Ethiopia, prove successful in improving hygiene and stopping the spread of cholera, especially for the benefit of childbirth and health work generally.

And please pray for steadfast and increasing support in Australia to the work of AOA and accredited aid organisations generally, that we who have limited appreciation of the challenges faced by people every day in many other countries, will be active in compassion, as Christ demonstrated.

Please pray for: an end to hostilities in the Middle East and the hospitals to re-open and provide care and treatment; for projects in Mozambique to give aid in disease care and prevention and malnutrition; for soap-making project in Ethiopia to stop the spread of cholera; for support in Australia for AOA.
