The purpose of this role is to take primary responsibility for our Toowoomba site along with overseeing our Gatherings department. This is a senior leadership role and will be instrumental — under God — in helping to deliver our next stage of vision. As an ordained minister, the role would also be active in Sunday service leading, preaching, pastoral care, and general ministry responsibilities.

The Communications Coordinator will oversee our communications to help us make and mature disciples of Jesus Christ. It will resource our team with high quality design and marketing materials, and work with our ministry team and volunteer leaders to better promote ministries and key events. The role will be responsible for our website and social media presence, and help achieve our mission through the delivery of print and digital materials.

The purpose of this role is to oversee and grow the ministry of St Bart’s Care, ensuring that everyone in our church is cared for. This includes coordinating a team of visitors (and ensuring that they are cared for); continuing to build significant community in the aged-care facilities in which we have a link; growing and developing the pastoral care team; and building upon existing ministries (e.g., pastoral meals) and seek other opportunities to care for those in our community as an expression of the Gospel. The Pastoral Care Coordinator will also have an important role in helping to appoint leaders of care for each of our congregations (in Toowoomba and Brisbane).
