As a church we're passionate about showing the love of Jesus to those in need. We love caring for the members of our church and those in the community of Toowoomba.
We count it a great privilege to share God's love and compassion for people across our church and city. We do this through visiting, providing meals, connecting with nursing homes, sending cards, prayer, and also the provision of transport. If you would love to be visited, or have any pastoral care need, please feel free to contact me (email@example.com) or 4636 2922.
Pastoral Care Coordinator
Our team visit people regularly in their homes, retirement villages, hospital, or wherever you feel most comfortable. If you would like to be visited by one of our pastoral care team (or receive Home Communion), please let us know by calling the church office (07) 4636 2922.
We can provide transport on our bus to our regular Sunday morning services (please note seats are limited). We also provide assistance for wheelchairs for those who live at Symes Thorpe (adjacent to St Bart's). For more information call the church office on (07) 4636 2922.
If you have a need for prayer for anything at all, we would love to pray with you. You can either connect with the prayer team on Sundays, join a special prayer time on Wednesdays at St Bart's (from 4-5PM), or have one of the team contact you directly. Simply call the church office.
