Our Easter celebrations (Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, and Easter Day) are only a few days away. I hope and pray that you find this a helpful time to reflect on the incredible gift of God's love for you and all that he has done for us in Jesus. It's also a great opportunity to invite friends along, so please be sure to promote our services and direct them to our webpage. Maundy Thursday: this service reflects on the Last Supper and the night before Jesus died. We'll recall that night, share bread and wine, and pray. It's a moving time that provides an incredible opportunity to grow in our understanding of how the Passover meal points to God's great rescue of the world through Jesus Christ, our Passover lamb. Service at 7.00PM.
Good Friday: we celebrate the good news that Jesus died for us. We are of course filled with sadness yet also overwhelmed by the costly and sacrificial outpouring of God's love for us to rescue us. It is a good day, because Jesus' death was not failure but victory! Service at 9.00AM (with children's ministry)
Easter Day: we rejoice in the great news that Jesus did not stay dead, but has risen! What a day! Not only has Jesus died for us, but he has triumphed over death itself. This will be a great celebration together. Services are at 5.30AM, 7.30AM, and 9.30AM (with children's ministry).
